Are your contracts putting your startup at risk?

As a founder, you’re focused on innovation, but safeguarding your startup’s future also means building a solid legal foundation. Join Access Silicon Valley for an essential workshop: "Top 10 Contract Mistakes That Can Sink Your Startup." This workshop is designed for founders, entrepreneurs, and startup leaders who want to avoid common (but costly!) contract mistakes that could jeopardize your company’s growth and funding prospects (or worse, make your company unfundable!).

What You’ll Learn

Led by Eli Mansour, a seasoned technology transactions partner at Snell & Wilmer, this workshop will walk you through the pitfalls that too many startups fall into—missteps that can undermine your intellectual property, drain resources, and make your company unattractive to investors. From poorly structured NDAs to ambiguous payment terms and overlooked privacy policies, Eli will share real-world insights to help you create contracts that build trust and stability.

Why Attend?

In the fast-paced world of startups, every contract you sign has the potential to either propel your growth or create lasting setbacks. When contracts aren’t handled correctly, they can lead to disputes, erode investor confidence, and even threaten your company’s survival. Eli has seen firsthand how these errors impact companies, and he’ll show you how to:

  • Draft clear, enforceable contracts that protect your IP and technology
  • Avoid red flags that could scare off investors or partners
  • Strengthen your foundation so investors see a startup with staying power

By attending, you’ll gain the knowledge to structure contracts that protect your vision and position your startup for long-term success. This is more than just a legal talk—it’s a chance to future-proof your business.
