Swan River* Kayaking

This camping and kayaking extended weekend is now live. Book your camp site or cabin at Pemberton Caravan Park arriving Friday 29th of November. Book ASAP as there is a mountain biking group also due there that weekend.
We'll paddle the Warren and Donnelly Rivers on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st of December. The order will depend on the weather and will be finalised around a beer in the camp Kitchen on Friday 29th at 6pm.
If anyone is bringing a 4WD and feels like a bit of a 4WD adventure on Thursday 28th of November or Friday 29th of November, let me know as I'm going down on the 27th.
The Donnelly River paddle is mostly sheltered flat water around 24km total with one stop along the way and one stop at the ocean mouth. The Warren River paddle is a 10km beautiful flat water sheltered paddle through old growth forests of Karri, Marri and Tingle.
A shorter 4km paddle near Bannister /bridge in the upper Warren is an option for early arrivals on Friday.

Three paddles on offer here, Frankland River, Deep River and the Wilson Inlet (weather dependent).
You will need to arrive on Thursday night (December 12th) if you wish to do all three paddles.

Get your bookings done early as this is the first weekend of the school holidays. As of Friday 8th November Coalmine said they have lots of sites available but it may fill up fast. We usually try to stay near the camp kitchen opposite site 74.
There is a fire pit there and usually camp fires are allowed.
