Let's get together for a hike and discussion on better sleep. I'll bring my best, science-based advice and you can bring your questions. During our beautiful climb we'll discover 5 best practices to improve our sleep.

We'll meet at the Kiwanis Trailhead in South Mountain Park and Preserve and hit the trail promptly at 8:30 AM. This is an out and back hike with climbs that will take us to a rock house overlooking Ahwatukee. We'll stop for a few triumphant photos at the top before we head back down.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes before our start time as there are no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. If you're running late, please message me at 480-562-7808 and I'll do my best to get you caught up to the group. Together, we can make it happen.

In that time I’ve managed the personal training and group fitness programs, instructed adapted recreation and senior fitness classes, and guided hundreds of nature lovers on outdoor adventures.

Years ago I adopted sustainable healthy habits to lose 48 lbs, and I’ve thrived in maintaining my healthy body ever since. Despite chronic conditions from a dysregulated nervous system, I’ve learned to continue my pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. I’ve maintained a delicate but healthy balance of acceptance and hope for better health. Now I want to help you get outside, get fit, eat well, and feel better too.
