In this one-hour fitness experience we'll challenge our cardiovascular system and practice functional movement patterns to keep us moving well. We'll start with an invigorating warm up, practice 30 minutes of cardio, and finish with a relaxing cool down and guided meditation.

I'll be sure to provide tons of exercise variations, so all fitness levels are welcome. I'll give you all the guidence you need to challenge yourself safely.

Let's meet at the picnic tables near the parking lot. Be sure to bring water, a mat, and your good energy.
