Did you know that when we build muscle we'll burn more claories with everything we do? We also prevent insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. When we build muscle we improve lipids, blood pressure, and heart health. That's why you should join us for a Strength Training Circuit at Arredondo Park in Tempe.

In this one-hour fitness experience we'll challenge our cardiovascular system and practice functional movement patterns to keep us moving well. We'll start with an invigorating warm up, practice 30 minutes of strength training, and finish with a relaxing cool down and guided meditation.

I'll be sure to provide tons of exercise variations, so all fitness levels are welcome. I'll give you all the guidence you need to challenge yourself safely. No equipment required, just bring your mat and some water.

Let's meet at the picnic tables near the parking lot. Be sure to bring water, a mat, and your good energy.
