• Planning and OrganizationHere’s how it works: We’ll start with a cozy “sofa” discussion featuring three participants and one empty seat. If you’re eager to jump into the conversation, take the empty seat, and one of the current panelists will return to the audience. It’s an open, dynamic, and inclusive format where every voice matters.
