Experience flow, understand what gets in the way of achieving delivering value, see work-in-progress limits and learn Kanban principles.

This immersive simulation uses a Mike Burrows Featureban flow game to demonstrate the problems getting work to flow, how bottlenecks occur, the power of work-in-progress limits and the principles of Kanban thinking like "stop starting and start finishing."

We'll be looking for players - please try to bring a laptop if playing.

In this simulation you will see the work build up and experience changes that reduce bottlenecks, improve flow and see how work completes when work-in-progress falls. By the end you will have take-away actions you can use immediately to improve your team's flow and delivery performance.

Allan Kelly helps companies become more effective, connect product strategy to delivery and enhance agility. He has written multiple books including the best selling "Succeeding with OKRs in Agile" plus "The Art of Agile Product Ownership" and "Business Patterns for Software Developers".
