What we’re about
This group is open to everyone, but please remember: in this group we ski UP the hill! This is for beginners and advanced, Ski Tourers and Mountaineers, who are looking to learn and have fun....but you need to have the basic gear, AND know how to use it!
Basic information:
All participants must have the basic safety equipment necessary for Ski-Touring: Shovel, Probe, Transponder and Avalanche Airbag rucksack. Above all, you must know how to use them.
We have a WhatsApp group as well, in which we post the touring route for the day(s).
For tours requiring an IFMGA Certified Guide and other additional costs (e.g. hütte rental), there will be a per person fee that must be paid in advance. Each member is responsible for ALL their own costs involved in a group activity.
Last, please feel free to ask questions or make suggestions - we are all learning!
