What's breathwork?
Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice that uses specific breathing patterns to access expanded states of awareness. By connecting your inhales and exhales in a continuous flow, you create conditions for deep insight, emotional release, and profound shifts in perspective. This practice has been shown to reduce stress, increase emotional resilience, and facilitate transformative experiences.
What's water breathwork?
Water breathwork is a unique variation of traditional breathwork practices. While floating face-up in water, supported by others, you'll engage in conscious connected breathwork. The unique properties of water—weightlessness, the cocoon-like sensation of being held, and the natural amplification of internal awareness when your ears are submerged—create an extraordinarily potent environment for exploration.
Many participants report that water breathwork offers one of their most profound and memorable experiences of expanded consciousness.
Important safety notice
You should NEVER attempt breathing exercises of any kind in water alone or without proper supervision, including on bathtubs, ice baths, and sensory deprivation tanks.
Water breathwork in this event is conducted only under the close guidance of a trained practitioner with comprehensive safety protocols. There is a serious risk of drowning if breathing exercises are attempted in water without proper supervision or regard for potential underlying health conditions.
