Sydney Cookbook Club: Cooking from "Ottolenghi Simple"

For our first meetup, we’ll be exploring Yotam Ottolenghi's popular cookbook, "Ottolenghi Simple." Each participant will choose a recipe from this cookbook to prepare and share with the group. Whether you’re drawn to Ottolenghi’s vibrant salads, flavorful mains, or delicious desserts, there's something in this book for everyone.

We’ll gather for a picnic-style meetup at the Royal Botanic Gardens. The exact location within the gardens will be shared on the day and will keep it in close proximity from the Opera House. To keep the program running smoothly and ensure attendance, there is a $10 participation fee, payable via PayID upon RSVP. RSVPs are required, and if you can’t attend, please update your RSVP so someone from the waitlist can join. No refunds - apologies. This is to ensure everyone’s attendance.

Remember to bring your own cutlery, picnic mat, takeaway container for leftovers, and a drink of your choice.
