Burn calories as you circle the pool table, build your focus as you perfect your break or find the perfect angle to bank in your shot without knocking that 8-ball in, improve your critical thinking skills, stretch to reach that difficult shot, increase your balancing power when you need to stand on one foot, sharpen your mind as you apply basic physics and geometry, improve hand-eye coordination, tone up your muscles as you bend and reach out while playing......... and have a few laughs along the way.
