Open Space on: "Reality of AI and the job market – what’s working for us"
Details
Theme: Reality of AI and the job market – what’s working for us
When we gathered for our Open Space in late 2023, how AI and the rapidly changing job market would impact us was mostly unknown. We were just having our first experiences with ChatGPT. Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches had just been laid off around Sydney and Australia.
Now we have 12 months worth of data and experience on this.
I know that I (Rowan) now have some clearer perspectives on what's playing out. I expect that many others do also. Some of us have stumbled onto new opportunities that are working for us. Let's all benefit from this!
We'll have job market experts from the OnSet present to share their insights.

About Open Space
Open Space runs on self-organisation. This means that you get to propose a topic. Or, just join the sessions posted by others.
The discussion topics are proposed by you and other participants during the opening and displayed on a marketplace. You choose what discussion you join and leave.
For a quick intro to Open Space Technology (OST) see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_jhcvCYBbg
OST is a well proven approach to facilitating self-organising idea sharing and problem solving that could be useful at your organisation. For an example of that see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQj12jmLGr4
Scrum Education Units (SEUs)
If you hold a Scrum Alliance certification, participating in SSUG meetups earns you SEUs.
From your dashboard select "Renewal". + Add New SEU. Category I - Organize or Facilitate --> Agile or Scrum user group.
