Howdy. I’m Mike - a Yank turned Sydneysider who works in (shhhhh, secret) very high end, VIP travel (formerly with National Geographic Australia). I know every nook and juicy bit of Sydney. I’m an ex-suit turned writer (former columnist with Sydney Morning Herald) and personal trainer as well. I’ve authored a couple of books too – one health / fitness and one on sex, app dating, relationships. So? I’m a fahkin’ fun host. You wanna talk travel? Dating? Sydney? Weight loss? Whatever? I’m keen. Let’s move the body at the same time.

I’ve created this group to explore every inch off Sydney Harbour… bit by bit… from Coogee to Watson’s Bay… to the CBD and over the Bridge to Taronga and Spit to Manly. Finally? Up to Dee Why. Oh - with a beer, wine, and/or cocktail at the end of every session. It’s all about balance, right? Every hike is different with the most amazing Sydney views.
