While no two classes are alike, Wednesdays are largely devoted to more advanced drills and Qi Gong exercises, designed to sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, and better equip the students to maximize their body's capabilities. Sifu and the senior students pitch in to make sure everyone gets the attention and time they need to walk out confident in what they've learned.
