Take a break from your day-to-day life by doing something different and come join us in Daan Park to practice Tai Chi! Tai Chi, short for Tai Chi Quan(太極拳), is a martial art that was originated centuries ago in China. It is characterized by a series of continuous, circular, slow, relaxed and smooth flowing movements that take nature as a source of inspiration. It has been proved by numerous studies that the continuous practice of this martial art has several mental and physical benefits, from reducing stress, improving sleep quality and helping to boost cognitive function, to promoting weight loss, improving balance, strengthening muscles, therefore, reducing tension exerted on the joints amongst others.unefits or are simply interested in the art of Tai Chi, you are welcome to join our classes! About the class: We focus on a more personal approach and we do so by having classes with a small number of people. This allows the master to give more of his attention to each individual student. Our classes focus on both the physical part of Tai Chi as well as the principles that guide it. The classes will be conducted in English and Chinese.

Class Fee: 350NT for first comers.

the original prlice Class Fee0:600NT for each class, and you pay 3000NT for 5 weeks.( 10-15 times Taichi classes ,and some free easy hiking taichi events). Please pay your fees before the class, thanks. Don't forget to RSVP so we can know who to count on and wait for. If you happen to run late, you can still join us. Just contact one of the organizers and he/she will pick you up. Please wear long sports pants to practice Taichi, thanks. If it rains, we will show you a safe shelter to do Taichi. Free Tai Chi Martial arts clothes for you guys to take pictures in August. About the teacher: Master Wu has been learning Tai Chi for more than 15 years now, including 2 years spent in Mainland China for that purpose.
