How did Irish whisky become a global phenomenon? What makes it different from Scotch? We're joined by Marty Shi, Brand Ambassador for Hong Kong based Brandwerk, who'll be helping us dive into the deep end of whiskey. In addition to Dingle Irish whiskey, we'll also have a secret Hinch Irish whiskey to try as part of the event.

Surrounded by beautiful Irish scenery, Dingle Distillery crafters it's whiskeys by hand with both skill and technical precision. Since 2012 Dingle has been creating critically acclaimed Single Malt and Single Pot Still whiskeys. Dingle's unique flavors come from their custom-built still, wooden fermentation tanks, and water pumped from their own well under the distillery.
