WHO ARE WE?
We are a passionate community of game enthusiasts who enjoy a variety of games: board games, tabletop games, party games, video games, card games, dice games, and more. We have been playing for over a decade now and we're not going to quit anytime soon. If you're seeking like-minded individuals to share the joy of gaming in a comfortable and safe environment, this group might be perfect for you. We also extend our fun beyond gaming, enjoying activities like playing games at bars post games.

In addition to meet up, we have facebook, line chat, a BGA group and discord. If you would like to be added to the other platforms please message Joyce or Jon.

IMPORTANT:
Please click "attending" if you plan on coming. We reserve the right to remove new members after 3+ no-shows.

First timers can do a trial and receive the same discount as members. If you decide to come back, you can acquire a (totally optional) membership card from one of our organizers (in person) for a one time fee NT$100. Proceeds support our Meetup membership (currently it’s 3980nt annually). Without a membership card, you will not receive the discount. There is no refund unless if you are asked to leave the group for violating group guidelines.

Growlife: With membership - NT$199 all night with unlimited tea/soft drink refill. Without membership - NT$60/hour, no drinks.
No. 9: With membership - NT$150 all night with unlimited tea/soft drink refill. Without membership - Weekday NT$50/hour, NT$200 all day.

If it’s your first time, look for Joyce, who will introduce you to a table ready for fun. (Please forgive her resting bitch face & let her know your preferred pronouns if you wish.)

HISTORY:
2013: Derek & friends start playing weekly in a basement until they discover XDD Café. Boom, THURSDAYS becomes a weekly event.
2014: Bruce starts Saturday Werewolf.
2015: Joyce becomes a villager.
2016: Joyce becomes a regular at Thursdays (thanks to Eman) and continues to go to Werewolf. Eventually takes over as moderator for Bruce, who moves away. Thursdays and Werewolf unite under the same Meetup group. Eric joins the scene.
2018: Joyce starts up Friday games at Draw Now! Meanwhile, Thursdays and Werewolf continue to thrive.
2019:Jon joins the admin team and becomes a backbone of the group.
2020: Derek leaves Taiwan. Joyce continues the Thursdays tradition with the help of friends like Eric. Soon creates TGP's official logo. Canis helps us order shirts. Xavie makes stickers.
2022: Due to COVID-19, XDD and Draw Now! closes their doors. Thanks to Eric, the group shifts Thursdays to Growlife, and Joyce moves Fridays to No. 9, where we currently play.
Present: Werewolf at Human Space remains the norm. Games are still happening weekly every Thursday and Friday. Jonathan joins the admin team. Membership cards designed by Soon and printed by Shashank have been put into effect.

New players and new games are always welcome, so bring your board game, and it will be played.

PLEASE DO:
- Read the individual event information if you need exact locations.
- Clicking "attend" greatly helps our shops with the headcount. Venues reserve the right to turn away unexpected attendees if they are at capacity.
- Clean up after yourselves since we play every week.

GUIDELINES:
1. This is a safe space for open-minded people. If gamers are observed to be confrontational, disrespectful, arrogant, biased, unpleasant, or not fun, members will be asked to discuss\ behavior. If a resolution cannot be reached, membership will be refunded, and you will be asked to leave.
2. Absolutely no sexism, discrimination, or rude behavior, especially during gameplay, will be tolerated. Remember, it’s just a game. Let’s have fun!
3. Memories are important, so we take table pictures, sometimes whole group photos, at events. If you do not like having your picture taken, let Joyce or the moderator know.
4. Recently, newer members have been confusing the admin team with employees. We are all doing this for fun. If we can teach a game, we will, especially if you ask nicely. Also, if someone is teaching, please give them your full attention and avoid being on your phone. If one of our admin cannot help you, please try asking the shops' employes for instructions.
5. We encourage players to use soap and to try and cough into their elbows/tissue anywhere but your hands. Coughing into your hands and then touching the cards is a no no. Telling me you're not sick is not a valid reason. Please google if you don't believe me.
6. To newcomers, we play a lot of social deduction so please do not accuse us of being fake and lying. We are literally just playing the game.
7. If anyone makes anyone else feel uncomfortable, harassed, followed or stalked then a conversation will be be requested between the parties involved.
8. All photos/videos are shared in our private fb group/line chats. Unless if it’s your personal page for fun, please do not take our footage and upload to your professional account as PR for your events. You should probably use your own photos from your own events.
