What we’re about
Hello tea enthusiasts and tea curious!
If you’re interested in meeting new tea friends, sharing teas, nerding over tea, learning about tea, practicing tea, etc. let’s meet!
We will mainly communicate in English and focus on gongfu-style tea though this by no means means we won’t host other styles.
Regular meetings will be in central Taipei within easy access to the MRT. Hope to see you!

Tea Salon is my dream tea experience: one where we meet cool folks, share ideas, and synergize with new friends over curated brews of gongfu tea, all in a gorgeous plant-filled, sunny private tea studio in Yongkang Street. Of course, we need to cap off these hearty brews with a tasting of small-batch, handmade snacks.
⭐ Theme: Flower-Scented Teas ⭐
Flower-scented teas can sometimes have a bad rap among tea drinkers because there are two potential points of failure: tea quality and flower quality. It’s generally understood that the prime pickings are reserved for unadulterated processing—but this doesn’t mean tea used in scented teas is of poor quality. Let’s try some Taiwanese flower-scented teas produced with organically grown flowers.💫 BONUS: Flower + Tea-flavored Popcorn 💫
Hearties is a locally-produced snack brand that created a collection of tea-flavored popcorn. In keeping with our theme, we'll be featuring their Jasmine Green Tea Popcorn made with green tea from Hualien and jasmine flower from Changhua.Details:
- Fee is NT 300 every first Monday of the month (NT 500 on subsequent sessions) and includes a minimum (2) teas and (2) snacks.
- RSVP required, so please book at least 24 hours in advance.
- Max 8 attendees per session.
- Near MRT Dongmen, Exit 4; exact location will be shared upon successful RSVP.
- Service is in English only, but I'm happy to help you with basic Chinese tea vocabulary so you can start chatting with farmers and vendors.
