Let's go camping at Arroyo Salado Campground in Anza Borrego for Thanksgiving Weekend!! This is not remote car camping, however, the only amenity is vault toilets. You bring everything you need - pack it in and pack it out!!!!

Traditional Thanksgiving dinner will be on Saturday - This will allow those who wish to spend Thursday with their families to come out after.

Wednesday: Meet at Kenzy's for a pre-event beverage. Caravan to the campground, get our camp spot, set up, hang out, play games, and explore the area. We will post an update as to exactly which spot we get for those not coming out with us on Wednesday morning.

Thursday: Hike, off-roading, play games

Friday: Hike Calcite Mine

Saturday: Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner: See the link to the "What To Bring" for the traditional T-Day dinner sides, etc.

Sunday: Group Breakfast, leisurely pack up and head out

Since we have people arriving and leaving at various times, all meals except the T-Day dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday will be on your own either on your own, or planned later after we know who's coming.
