Full Moon Ceremony

Embrace the energy of the full moon with an evening of reflection, renewal, and reconnection. This ceremony will guide you through Moon Salutations to harmonize with lunar energy, calming breathwork to center the mind, a peaceful guided meditation to encourage insight, and a journaling practice to release and set intentions. Join us in a sacred space to let go, open up, and set intentions for the new lunar cycle.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing, water, a journal or notebook, pen and a yoga mat.

Arrival time: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to setup your space, get any questions answered and to integrate into the space.

Investment/Payment: Investment is $25/person. Payment can be made in several ways, totally pick what works best for you.
