The Saturday Group runs will resume the following week on December 14.

Weekly Run Details:

Start Time is 7:30am. Meet near the Reynolda Village Information Board shown in the photo above and run up to 5 easy miles. The group size is usually 10-20 runners. Stick around after the run for coffee and donuts at Dough Joe's.

NEW RUNNER FRIENDLY - This is a good group run for new runners. Identify yourself to others in the group and we'll help you get going! Usual paces vary from 10-12 minute miles. Distance and pace can be adjusted to match the needs of the group. Leave a note in the comments if you have a preferred distance so we can plan ahead of time.

This is a “No Drop Run”, meaning that we will periodically wait or circle back to make sure we have everyone.

Some participants routinely run extra miles before or after this scheduled run. Post a comment if you are looking for some extra mileage.
