ADVANCED CLASS

What's involved:

• Drill & Hone Advanced MT Techniques
• Acclimate your body to Knees & Clinch work
• Improve your Sparring Confidence
• Experiment with Combinations

What you'll need:

• Bring all your equipment; Headguard, Gloves, Shinguards, Gumshields, Groinbox etc (you should always have these equipment with you)
• Make sure you have Martial Arts Public Liability Insurance. If you do not, please speak to the Head Coach
• Arrive on time! You cannot miss the safety briefing for this sparring class!

This is an Advanced Class. Although any sparring conducted is light & controlled, there are risks of injury like every sport. Please be mindful of this before RSVP'ing, AND ensure you have live Insurance cover in place 🙏
