Content. Plyometrics club lasts about 50mins and focuses on improving:
- Fitness & Conditioning
- Plyometric Exercises
Objectives. This class is geared towards achieving:
- Athletic Physique
- Explosive Power
- Sports Positive Mindset
- Strong Legs and Lower Body Muscles
Required. Following equipment required:
- Decent pair of Trainers
- Muay Thai Shorts
- Bottle of Water
- Travel/train light. Don't carry too much!
Meet point is OUTSIDE Wandle Rec, starts 11.15am prompt and lasts about an hour
Latecomers can (try) to find us next door in King George's Park, next to Wandle gym (follow the RED arrow in the image). Don't ring us if you're late, we can't answer the phone when session starts!
