TEB-DVTI Social Meetup

Hello Everyone,

My name is Carol Prell and I am the program manager for Diablo Valley Tech Initiative (DVTI). As you may have read in a previous message, Tech East Bay (TEB) has merged with DVTI and I have the privilege to be the administrator of the new unified group. We believe this will help us combine our similar goals and efforts to increase the technology focus in our region while fostering support and networking opportunities with each other.

In addition to monthly DVTI Zoom meetings, which feature speakers from various local tech businesses and information about relevant upcoming events, we will be hosting a monthly meetup/social gathering in the East Bay. To kick things off, I am very excited to announce that our inaugural joint mixer for Tech East Bay with DVTI is Thursday November 14, 2024 from 5:30pm-7:30pm at Bourbon Highway located at 1677 N. Main Street, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. We will have the upstairs area until 7:30 when they will begin setting up for line dancing at 8:00, which you are welcome to stay for! When you arrive, just grab a drink and/or order food at the bar, check-in and then head upstairs to join the group; a server will bring your food upstairs when it's ready.
