Welcome to "Pathfinders in Tech: Building Black Male Leaders in STEM," a premier group powered by the vision and mission of Mission Fulfilled 2030. As an organization founded with the goal of impacting 100,000 young Black males in the United States by 2030, we are dedicated to preparing these young men for future success in STEM fields. Our mission is to create accessible STEM programs that lead to industry-standard certifications and career readiness, paving the way for a new generation of Black leaders in technology.
This group serves as a dynamic extension of Mission Fulfilled 2030's commitment to "Inspire, Educate, Activate" by offering a platform for the "Technology to Manhood Lecture Series." These lectures are not merely educational sessions but are milestones in a transformative journey towards manhood and professional excellence in STEM for young Black men and boys. Covering a range of topics from coding and cybersecurity to artificial intelligence, the series is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in the tech industry.
