Are you interested in experiencing the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in your coding journey?
We invite you to join our mindfulness sessions offered by Tech for All. These sessions are designed specifically for the tech community, and here's why you should participate:

  1. Improved Focus and Productivity: Mindfulness and meditation practices help sharpen your focus and increase your ability to concentrate for extended periods.
  2. Stress Reduction and Mental Well-being: Coding can be mentally demanding and stressful, impacting your overall well-being. Mindfulness and meditation techniques provide effective tools for managing stress, reducing anxiety, and promoting mental clarity.
  3. Enhanced Problem-Solving and Creativity: Mindfulness practices encourage a fresh perspective and an open mind. When faced with coding problems, meditation can help you cultivate a spacious and creative mindset. It enables you to think outside the box, explore innovative solutions, and overcome obstacles more effectively.

These sessions will be online and will be the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 10:30 am to 11:00am!

Agenda:

- Intro of CYF and why Meditation is important to our community (10 min)
- Participants to share learnings and new practices linked to focus/mindfulness/resilience (7 min)
- Meditation session (7 min)
