Hey TED-Head Professionals!
Have you noticed that in spite of opportunities everywhere to "connect' or "friend", most things are terrible for creating real learning communities? Me too.
This is different. Our only goal is that everyone leaves having leveled up. TED-Talks and great facilitation will help us all do just that.

- If you're a professional that love TED talks and leveling up yourself and business, this is for you.
- If you want a team of professionals that come together to work on relevant parts (sales, hiring, development, leadership, growth, marketing, etc) and your business, social enterprise, or not-for-profit. This would be for you.
- If you have a learning posture and are willing to be authentic about what's really happening, then this Meetup would be for you.
- If you are willing to put in the work to show up prepared to help create value and contribute, then please join!

Each month we will focus on a theme that will help us level-up. Things like confidence, vulnerability, communication, focus, etc. There will be two videos posted that everyone will watch before the event.
We will then meet every third Wednesday of each month, discuss the material, and split into breakout rooms for discussion and practice depending on the topic.
We'll experiment together as we figure out the best way to do this and learn as we go. This is an online learning community.
