Roast Shropshire turkey, sage & onion stuffing, bacon chipolatas, roast potatoes, gravy

Fillet of sea bass, dauphinoise potato, parley cream sauce

Leek smoked apple wood cheese tart, onion veloute

All above dishes are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

DESSERTS
Christmas pudding, plum, brandy sauce

Lemon posset, blueberry, meringue

Sticky toffee pudding, caramel sauce
