This tucked away entrance takes us into Temescal Canyon and Topanga State Park. We will pass Skull Rock (but we won't be stopping there) on the way to a farther destination.
HOW TO GET TO THE TRAILHEAD
Just west of Temescal Canyon, you turn north from Sunset Blvd. on to Bienveneda Ave. and just keep going until the very end where you will have to turn left on Via Florestra. Park right here. This is a neighborhood and there is plenty of parking.
