Hike...Chimney Rock and lunch afterwards (Prineville)

Lets go hike Chimney Rock Trail. This is a fairly easy hike. 2.7 miles with 623 feet of elevation gain. The view from the top looks down at the Crooked River in a really beautiful setting. We can meet in Terrebonne at Oliver Lemon's at 10:00. The drive from Prineville goes up the canyon as you parallel the river. You will pass many places for day use that you may want to come back to later on. Dress warm and layer as it may be cooler. Bring the 10 essentials for hiking. Please bring plenty of water and a snack if you need one. After the hike we will have lunch in Prineville at The Patio Taphouse. Everyone will be responsible for their own food and beverage. Please feel free to bring a friend.
