DANCEmandala is a weekly practice of meditation in both free-form movement and stillness. With carefully curated music and gentle guidance, we create together a safe space to slow down, settle our awareness in the shared present and witness the changing flow of our experience... Each piece of music is chosen to take us deeper into what we sense and feel, shifting inwards from what is distracted and superficial, towards what is more essential and truthful within each of us - the source for our self-healing, personal discovery and creative expression!
