Muay Thai is well known around the world as a combat sport that has a number of benefits for health and self-defence. Not only does it help to increase agility, speed, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, but it also helps to build character and personality, as well as to supports mental peace and relief from stress.
This is a group class training session for 90 minutes at one of the best Muay Thai gyms in the Thailand. It's a fun, sociable way to exercise and learn the Art of 8 Limbs.
Muay Thai Class (choose a time slot)
Monday - Friday: 10:00-11:30, 13:00-14:30, 15:00-16:30, 16:30-18:00, 18:00-19:30, 19:30-21:00
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00-11:30, 13:00-14:30, 15:00-16:30, 16:30-18:00, 18:00-19:30
1 Time Group Class Training Guideline (90 mins)
- First 15 mins - Warm up: running, skipping, stretching and then exercises (sit ups, planks and legs raises)
- Short break
- Shadow Boxing - combinations in the mirror (punches, kicks, knees and elbows) approximately 15 mins
- Short break
- Combinations on punching and kicking bags approximately 15 mins
- Short break
- One-on-one pad-work with trainer approximately 15-20 mins
- Cool down with stretching and conditioning approximately 10 mins
About Kru Dam Gym
The gym is owned by Dam Srichan, the only Thai world-class athlete chosen to serve the country in five different sport categories, including Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, karate, and taekwondo. Kru Dam won numerous medals and gold medals in Muay Thai and boxing at the South East Asia Games.
