Welcome all entrepreneurs on a mission to create something amazing, from scratch!
The Biz Journey is a group that aims to help smooth the path for YOUR own business journey by bringing together newer entrepreneurs with those seasoned in start-ups and growth, in a productive, positive community.
Who’s it for?
- Newer entrepreneurs growing or planning a business…
- Seasoned serial entrepreneurs who love the rush and energy of creation…
- Business experts with a “give in order to receive” philosophy.
What’s the focus?
The Biz Journey is a pressure-free community for knowledge, encouragement, and collaboration; for tips and strategies; and for forging connections… ALL to help you BEAT the infamously low start-up survival odds so you and your mission thrive.
Who’s behind it?
TBJ is led by Wendy Harrington, a 35+yr marketer, 20+ yr entrepreneur, business advisor, teacher and coach. She’s joined by an assortment of other experts who get joy from knowing they’ve helped someone sleep better at night.
Will I be sold something?
No, this group isn’t here to sell you on anything; it's a community for learning, ideation, and networking. (Sure, it’s possible that down the road you may want to buy what other attendees offer, or choose to tap into the services experts provide, but if so it would be through naturally-evolving relationships, not sales pitches at the group.)
Note: Pre-vetted experts will be identified by a “Biz Journey” button. Meetings will follow an agenda that includes a focus topic; open discussion and brainstorming; and network-nurturing activities.
Join us for an upcoming in-person meeting, happy hour, or virtual event. The group is currently free, though donations or $1 are welcome at in-person meetings, to help cover administrative costs.
