**Join me for the 3rd of my**
***"12 Walks of Christmas"* 🎄⛄❄️** 🎅👍😎 ***2024"*.**

**THE WALK 🌄**

* Join me for a 8.5 Mile Walk across open fields, woods & country lanes.
* Walking time approx. 4.25 hrs + Lunch & Pub stop at The White Horse, so about 5.25 hours in total, though it could be longer or shorter depending how we go because this is a Recce Walk.
* Total elevation 370 feet of ups and downs.

**START TIME & PLACE ⌚**

* Starting at 10:30am, boots 🥾🥾 on ready to go (hopefully) from outside the **Springfield Community Campus, Corsham, SN13 9DN.**
* ***Please don't be late and keep the group waiting*** 👌.

**VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ FOR BACKMARKING**

* I am looking for some volunteers to help with the important task of "Backmarking" (helping keep the group together), your help would be much appreciated by the group.

**PARKING 🚗**

* Parking available **Springfield Community Campus, Corsham, SN13 9DN** and on the surrounding streets, please park considerately.

**LUNCH 🥪**

* We will be stopping halfway round the walk for lunch, please bring a pack lunch.
* Also remember to bring enough water for the duration of the walk.

**HALFWAY (ish) PUB STOP 🍺 or ☕**

* We will be stopping at The White Horse in Biddestone for refreshment.
* **Please don't eat your own food in the Pub as it's not the done thing.**
* Remember your face mask (You may still need it) if you wish to use the "Facilities" at the Pub.

**VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ FOR BACKMARKING**

**DOGS 🐕**

* **Well behaved owners & Dogs are allowed on this walk.** Though **MUST** be on a lead on roads, fields with farm animals in or at the request of the walk host.

**WEATHER 🌞**

* If bad weather is forecast, the walk will be cancelled the day before, unless dreadful weather in the morning then it will be cancelled by 8 am.
* **PLEASE CHECK ON THE DAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE WALK.**

**VOLUNTARY DONATIONS**

* We will be asking for a voluntary small donation (suggested 20p) on this walk to go towards paying for the running of the group, (franchise cost).
