* It is advisory that participants carry hand sanitizer.
* If you **FEEL THE SLIGHTEST BIT UNWELL** on the morning of the walk, **DO NOT ATTEND** and change your RSVP to "Not Going", thanks.

**Join me for the 4th of my**
***"12 Walks of Christmas"* 🎄⛄❄️** 🎅👍😎 ***2024"*.**

**THE WALK 🌄**

* Join me for a 2-3 boot, 7.64 mile - hilly walk, with 1 long ascent, & 2 smaller ascents. Approx. 4 hours walking time, including a half way Pub stop & lunch stop.

**STARTING TIME & PLACE ⌚**

* Walk starts @ 10:30 am prompt, boots on 🥾🥾 ready to go.
* Meeting at the Swineford Picnic site located behind The Swan Inn, Swineford, BS30 6LN. Follow the track over the cattle grid until you reach the picnic site car park.
* Bus no 19 stops outside the Swan Inn, and goes between Bristol & Bath.
* Please don't be late.

**PARKING 🚗**

* Parking is available at the Swinford Picnic site located behind The Swan Inn, Swineford, BS30 6LN.

**PUB STOP 🍺 or ☕ maybe 🤔**

* Stopping for "Refreshments" 🍺 or ☕ at The Crown at Kelston for before continuing uphill towards our lunch stop.
* Please don't eat any of your own food in the Pub as it's not the done thing, thanks 👌.

**LUNCH 🥪**

* Stopping on top of Kelston Round Hill for lunch. Please bring a pack lunch. Remember to bring enough water for the duration of the walk.

**DOGS 🐕**

* Well behaved Dogs & owners **ARE WELCOME** on this walk but dogs may need to be put on a lead near livestock and roads and if as asked to by the walk leader. **THEIR ARE SOME STILES WHICH THE OWNERS WILL HAVE TO LIFT THEIR OWN DOGS OVER.**

**WEATHER 🌞**

* If bad weather is forecast, the walk will be cancelled the day before, unless dreadful weather in the morning then it will be cancelled by 8 am.
* **PLEASE CHECK ON THE DAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE WALK.**

**VOLUNTARY DONATIONS**

* We will be asking for a voluntary small donation (suggested 20p) on this walk to go towards paying for the running of the group, (franchise cost).

* After the walk we will be holding the "Debrief" in The Swan @ Swinford.
