**THE WALK 🌄**

* Join me for a 7.6 Mile Walk across open fields, woods & country lanes.
* Walking time approx. 3.5 hrs + Lunch 0.5 hr & Pub stop 0.5 hr at The Bull at Hinton, so about 4.5 hours in total, though it could be longer depending how we go!
* Lowest elevation 235 feet.
* Highest elevation 460 feet.
* Total elevation 646 feet of ups and downs.

* Starting at 10:30am, boots 🥾🥾 on ready to go (hopefully) from outside the Cross House (Pub), High Street, Doynton.

**VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ FOR BACKMARKING**

* I am looking for some volunteers to help with the important task of "Backmarking" (helping keep the group together), your help would be much appreciated by the group.

**PARKING 🚗**

* Parking available in the surrounding streets, please park considerately.

**LUNCH 🥪**

* We will be stopping halfway round the walk for lunch, please bring a pack lunch.
* Also remember to bring enough water for the duration of the walk.

**HALFWAY (ish) PUB STOP 🍺 or ☕**

* We will be stopping at The Bull at Hinton for refreshment.
* **Please don't eat your own food in the Pub as it's not the done thing.**

**DOGS 🐕**

* Well behaved Dogs & owners **ARE WELCOME** on this walk but may need to be put on a lead near roads, livestock and as asked to by the walk leader.
* **So, this walk is DOG FRIENDLY** 👌.

**WEATHER 🌞**

* If bad weather is forecast, the walk will be cancelled the day before, unless dreadful weather in the morning then it will be cancelled by 8 am.
* **PLEASE CHECK ON THE DAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE WALK.**

**VOLUNTARY DONATIONS**

* We will be asking for a voluntary small donation (suggested 20p) on this walk to go towards paying for the running of the group, (franchise cost).
