Join us for a deep exploration into human connection and the (often mystical) relational field.
We will walk through a series of practices that prepare us to meet each other in the present moment. There, we'll explore just how exciting, intense, transformative, playful, and (at times) effortless the moment can be!

Q: Can I come late?
A: Unfortunately, no. If you want to come, please make sure you arrive on time.
Q: Can I leave early?
A: Yes! You can leave whenever feels right to you.
Q: Is this for me?
A: If you are a human, chances are this is for you! The chances are even better if you are interested in mindfulness, meditation, meeting people, learning about yourself, inner work, spiritual growth, having mystical awakenings, or want to try something new on a Tuesday evening.
Q: Are there rules?
A: We go over group agreements at the beginning of the event, but during the practice, if you are speaking to what is alive for you in the present moment, you're almost certainly doing it right!
