OSTARA CELEBRATION

After introductions,I will give a brief talk about the history, folk and spiritual symbolism of Ostara/the Spring Equinox. Participants are invited to share any readings and prayers relevant to this festival. There will be a wild-wood meditation for those who wish to take part, followed by a short break so that participants can get something to eat and drink after their path working session.
The lore of tree and herb is an important element of this spiritual path and talks will be given on this subject, together with a talk about one element of the Craft. For further details please look at this page closer to the date of the event.
The fee of £10 will be payable in cash at the start of the event.
The Crone's Hearth is a lovely informal group which is not run for profit. It is strictly apolitical. I understand that sometimes, members can't make it at short notice due to ill health, family/work commitments or travel difficulties. Please just let me know so that I don't hold back the group waiting for your arrival. Most of our gatherings are now fully booked and sometimes members are unable to attend, so please let me know if you cannot make it as soon as you know so that I can offer your place to another member. Sadly, due to the large number of no shows, those that simply do not turn up without any given reason will be debarred from booking on to future events. Thank you for your understanding.
