🎄Join me for the Last Sunday Walk of 2024 to Celebrate Friendships Made👫👫👫 and Our Many Adventures Together..👩‍🦯🐕👨‍🦯🦮🚶‍♀️

🎄We'll Celebrate🎉 Our Last Walk of 2024 With Our Much Loved Walk Tansley to Lumsdale 7 miles.. Followed By A Get Together👫👫 At The Gate Inn For Food And Drink🍻🍟

☃️Please let me know if you're staying for food so I can get an idea of numbers and get a table booked soon..☃️

🎅This varied walk goes along Riverside paths and Waterfalls through Woodland Pastures and Villages.

☃️Our walk starts in the characterful Village of Tansley, after walking through the village, our path goes along pastures and heads for the Village of Riber and Riber Castle, the views are spectacular from the hill tops.
🎄Our route heads down to Matlock along High Tor, the views below are stunning from the hilltop.

☃️Leaving Matlock, we soon join the path up through the beautiful wooded gorge of the Lumsdale Valley.
It follows Bentley Brook through woodland to the lovely Lumsdale Falls, as the path goes through the gorge, it passes beautiful rocky waterfalls and ponds.

🎅Leaving this magical place, our path joins the track back up to Tansley where we started our Last Celebratory Walk of 2024..

🎉We continue our Celebrations of Friendships 🤗 and Adventures at The Gate Inn over a drink🍻 and food..

This is a fairly easy going walk but will probably be muddy in places..

Walking boots are strongly advised, as always check the weather and dress accordingly, warm layers essential..

Bring a packed lunch and enough snacks and 🍾water 🍾 to keep you going..
