A Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association with nearly 20 years of experience teaching martial arts will lead you through your Kung Fu and Fitness Routine! Your training with commence with 30 mins with the steel mace or club to improve your functional strength. This is followed by 30 minutes of training with various Shaolin Weapons included the Bo Staff, knives, sticks, spear, straight sword, broad sword, and more! Our program is designed to stimulate training at all levels, in a safe, comfortable, and fun environment that embodies our slogan, "Anyone Can Fight!"
We meet at the Gym Downtown in the aerobics room. There is free parking on all weeknights after 6PM and all day Sunday, all down Boush Street. You will see meters, but they will not charge you.
All you need to bring is some flexible, comfortable clothing, water, and a yoga mat if you have one.
