A Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association with nearly 20 years of experience teaching martial arts will lead you through your Kung Fu and Fitness Routine! Your training with commence with 20 mins of functional strength and conditioning for the whole body, utilizing the latest techniques exercise science has to offer. This is followed by 25 minutes of skill training in the ancient fighting art of Kung Fu. Finally, your practice will end with 15 minutes of stretching and meditation to allow you to recover, develop your focus, and get you those high kicks you're after! You should head home feeling loose, refreshed, and full of energy. Our program is designed to stimulate training at all levels, in a safe, comfortable, and fun environment that embodies our slogan, "Anyone Can Fight!"
