Intent-Based Leadership challenges many of the traditional assumptions about leadership. As a result it can be misunderstood or misinterpreted. This session will explore common myths and highlight the benefits when implemented effectively.

Here's a little more about our amazing guest speaker:
Peter is the CEO of Intent-Based Leadership International and has worked with David Marquet author of Turn the Ship Around since 2015, to promote and enable the use of Intent.
Prior to this he was CEO of Investors in People Scotland where he researched and promoted good practice in people management and development.
In the last few years he has worked with clients from NASA to a Formula 1 team, federal agencies to the fastest growing tech company in Europe.
Born in Scotland, raised in England, with a Venezuelan grandfather, he’s now based in Boston, USA where he leads the IBLI organization with teams in the US, UK, New Zealand and Scandinavia.
