Join The Camping Sunflower Gals for their Holiday Campout at Doheny campgrounds in Dana Point. This year Dana Point will have their Holiday Lights up and for Dec 6,7 and8th at 6:30 The Boat Light Parade . The harbor is close to the campground. Doheny is a beautiful sandy beach and the campground is right on the beach. If you are lucky , you can book a site right next to the sand but most sites are paved and dry sites, no hook ups in any sites, generators during certain hours ok. They do have a dump site . Dogs ok but only in campground and on streets, it's a state beach. They have toilets and showers available. If you camp in a tent ,I have been there when it rains and the sites are not level and many have good sized pools of water in the campsite.
