The purpose for this group is to learn how to reduce your sugar intake with out giving up sweetness. We will learn new lifestyle changing habits that will help us live longer, healthier and happier lives all while supporting one another. This group is for anyone who wants to cut sugar out of their diet, people who are type 2 diabetics, pre-diabetic, or just wants more energy, lose weight or live a healthier life all while having fun doing it. At our virtual events we will discuss healthier eating choices, life style and habit changes along with what might be holding you back from making these changes. We will work to break down the barriers that have been holding you back. This meetup is a non- judgmental group so please leave your judgments outside. It will be a safe place where all is welcome and everyone will be heard and respected. We all struggle with sugar addiction and need positive support to overcome it.
