What we’re about
There are a number of reading groups in Glasgow but this one is intended to be a bit different. Every month, members are invited to go and read something from a chosen region or country and report back and then we vote on the most interesting sounding book for discussion at the next meeting. We will concentrate on literary fiction but interpret that very broadly.
Venue TBD.
Upcoming events (1)
See all- Blithe Yule (Scottish fiction evening/last one before Christmas)Dram, Glasgow
So the final even in 2024 will be about Scotland. Same format as before - find a book from Scotland (or a poem or a short story) and turn up and talk about it. As usual there is no set book - this is more a show and tell thing.
