The High Desert’s Real Estate Investing Meetup is a group where like-minded individuals, from people looking to become investors, wholesalers, new and seasoned investors, lenders (private & hard money) landlords and agents can connect!
Our hope is that we can all connect- share knowledge, resources, strategies to build a solid real estate foundation and most importantly, put deals together.
This group is lead by Michelle and Victor Vasquez. Michelle is an Investor, Mother of 3 and currently holds a Realtor license. Victor is an Investor, Fitness Enthusiast and owner of We’ll Buy It, Property Solutions in Hesperia. They currently own a small portfolio of rental properties, have completed flips, assignments, buy and holds and purchased properties using creative financing and BRRR methods. They are the first to admit that they do not have all the answers and that there is so much to learn in the Real Estate investing world. It is why they have decided to create a group in the area where they live and invest ~ The beautiful High Desert.
