The Y Trail

About This Trail:
This trail will link together four separate trails around the Alpharetta Greenway. We'll do a loop for a total of seven or so miles, hiking mostly in woods on dirt trails, but there will be a combined total of about a mile or so of greenway/sidewalk.

Notes:
Distance = ~ seven miles
Time: Budget 3+ hours
Skill Rating = Easy
Pace = 3 miles per hour, so intermediate hikers only please
Special Equipment = None needed, though walking poles might help
Other Stuff = Children that can keep a hiker’s pace are encouraged to come. No dogs please.

Directions/Where To Meet:
Meet in the parking lot in front of the bathrooms at the Alpharetta Y. From exit 10 on GA 400, head east for I believe two lights, make a left onto North Point Parkway, then a right at the next light (you will see the signs for the Y). The parking lot is down the hill on the right.
