Liverpool Laid Back Writing: Christmas 2024

The Christmas Liverpool Laid-Back Writers Meetup will be on Sunday 15th December at Midday - upstairs at the Ship and Mitre in Liverpool City Centre.

• NB: A Christmas Social will follow at 3pm but won't be upstairs, just in the main pub downstairs.*

Join us for the regular writer's upstairs at midday (please hang on in the downstairs bar until 12.00...) to discuss what you have currently been writing - and do send me your work in advance (see below).

Please message me via Meetup with a link to short (max 1,500 word) excerpt of your writing by SATURDAY 6th December.

I will then send a message out to those attending, with links so that we have time to read it before the meetup itself.

I'd suggest sending me a Meetup message with a view-only Google documents link (docs.google.com) or a Hermit link (gethermit.com) set to be shared so that I can do this.

This month's writing prompt, for anyone who would like one: "And another thing."

Of course feel free to ignore the prompt and just send in an excerpt of whatever you are currently writing!

Please do bring £2 if you are able, to help me cover meetup fees.

As ever, please do RSVP if you intend to come, and un-RSVP in good time if you later realise that that you can't make it.
