I’ve been teaching mindfulness meditation to individuals and organizations for over 4 years and have been on my own spiritual journey for more than a decade. After a year of solo Tai Chi practice, I’m now working toward my certification so I can share this life-changing practice with my community. I’m so excited to take you on this journey with me.
