This MeetUp will look at creating beautiful and vivid streetscape photographs inspired by Master American photographer Saul Leiter ((1923-2013) who used depth of field, areas ‘in and out’ of focus and bokeh, to create richly layered painterly street photographs.

We will consider Saul Leiters unique style with a series of mini projects aimed to help you play with focus and the layering of elements as part of your compositions. All level of photographer are welcome.

Our location is Piccadilly, Soho and Regent Street, all of which give us plenty of backdrops and Saul Leiter themed subject matter.

There will be a coffee, tea, photographers chat at the end of our MeetUp and your best shots can be posted on this page for group feedback.
